After a brief period of tantalizing mystery, the cat is out of the bag: Feminine Chaos is now on Substack.
This is the third home for the podcast since its inception as a Bloggingheads property in 2017, but it's the one we're most excited about. We won't mark the occasion with a Festivus-style airing of grievances, but suffice to say Patreon hasn't been the most intuitive or easy platform to use — at one point, to our enormous frustration, a technological snafu caused all of our paywalled content to be briefly released into the public realm — and the limitations of their subscriber model made it hard to build any sort of community even after two years on the platform. Here, the podcast will have one, singular home where subscribers and more casual listeners can co-mingle, where we have more room to grow and interact with you, our audience, and where we trust that our content is being, uh, properly sheltered (true story: trying to put content back behind a paywall once it's escaped is about as easy as herding cats.) It'll be better for us, and we think you'll like it, too.
If you were a subscriber to Feminine Chaos on Patreon, you've been grandfathered in for one month here on Substack, and we hope you'll make the jump to continue supporting us. (If you subscribe now, you won’t be billed until the 30-day free trial is up.) Keep an eye out for our first premium episode to be released on Substack tomorrow.
If you're new here, we hope you'll check out our archive of free episodes and consider helping us foment some chaos with a paid subscription.
And you need no persuasion and are ready to push that button right this minute, here you go.

This was literally the most guessable surprise of 2022 so far, but I love it anyway 😁
